About Jesse

Jesse Kline is a freelance journalist with a passion for writing about politics, current events, information technology, and public policy. During the summer of 2010, Jesse was the Burton C. Gray Memorial intern at Reason magazine in Washington, DC.

Jesse holds a Master of Journalism degree from the University of British Columbia (UBC) in Vancouver, BC and a degree in Policy Studies from Mount Royal University in Calgary, AB. During his time at UBC, Jesse wrote news and opinion for TheThunderbird.ca and the Western Standard. He also wrote a journalistic thesis on how government regulation of the Internet affects innovation and freedom of speech.
